What is the role?

We're looking for a Medical Writer/Senior Medical Writer to join our team at Real Chemistry Germany. You will be the first hire in our German-based content team, and will be responsible for developing materials across medical affairs and marketing projects in a range of therapy areas for top pharma clients.

As this role will be working on international and global work, we will require fluency in both German and English.

What will you be doing?

Taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of scientific content across medical affairs and marketing accounts

Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of assigned therapeutic areas

Liaising directly with clients and external experts on therapy area and content strategy (with occasional on-site travel)

Working with the client services, strategy and creative teams on strategy development

Taking an interest in AI tools to enhance efficiency

Developing and mantaining a knowledge of regulations across Germany and wider Europe

Supporting the senior team with developing pitch materials and proposals

Identifying new business opportunities

Who are you?

Already working as Medical Writer or Senior Medical Writer in a medical affairs or healthcare advertising/marketing agency.

A strong scientific background with a degree in a scientific or medical discipline (post-graduate degree preferred). 

Passion and profound understanding of, healthcare, science, medicine, and the pharmaceutical industry is essential

Experience interacting with clients and KOLs

Full fluency in English and German
