Position: Legal Reviewer — Document QC
Type:Contract
Compensation:$60/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
Create rubrics to grade legal documents that are understandable by laymen.
Review processed legal documents against a written QC rubric to ensure correct handling of identifying and sensitive elements.
Flag and categorize defects, escalating ambiguous cases for adjudication.
Work across various document types, including commercial contracts, IP agreements, and tax filings.
Ensure precision and consistency in high-volume review work.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Qualified lawyer with 3+ years' post-qualification experience.
Comfort moving across many document types.
Demonstrable precision and consistency on high-volume review work.
Able to follow and improve a written protocol.
Preferred
Experience in managed document review, e-discovery, contract management, or data privacy.
