About the role

Mactores is the agent-native AWS modernization firm. Most modernization work doesn't ship, it stalls in pilots, slips a year, or lands at three times the budget. We exist to ship it: production systems running, legacy retired, outcomes measured. Our delivery is built on Aedeon, the agent platform built by Mactores' founders' sister company, which absorbs the repetitive 60–70% of engagement work, discovery, dependency mapping, validation, test generation, that traditional consulting bills human hours against. Forward-deployed engineers own the rest: architecture, judgment, and cutover, on dates we commit to in the contract.

Mactores is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales/Marketing Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and execute channel partner programs, identify new opportunities, and generate revenue through partner-generated leads. The Channel Sales/Marketing Manager will be responsible to build relationships with new channel partners by setting up channel partner accounts, identify skill enablement, and certification, create joint GTM strategies by partnering with members of the sales team and driving revenue growth by increasing sales through channel partners.

What you will do?

Develop and execute channel partner programs to drive partner engagement, enablement, and revenue growth

Develop new channel partners such as Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, Snowflake, Databricks, and Open AI with Channel Partner Managers from companies to develop joint GTM strategies, competency roadmaps, and certification roadmaps

Identify opportunities to generate partner-generated leads and develop campaigns to drive revenue growth

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and alignment with channel partners

Monitor channel partner performance and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and results.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in channel management, business development, or sales in the technology industry

Demonstrated experience working with or selling into US enterprise or mid-market customers, with comfort engaging US-based partner teams and reps (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.) and operating across US business hours and GTM motions

Experience with cloud technologies is highly preferred

Candidate must possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills to build and manage relationships with key channel partners

Candidate should have a strategic mindset and be able to develop joint go-to-market strategies, competency roadmaps, and certification roadmaps

Candidate should have a good understanding of marketing concepts and be able to work closely with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives

A candidate should have a strong understanding of the technology industry and business models, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities

Candidate should have a good understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Claude, OpenAI, and be able to effectively communicate technical information to partners
