This position reports to:
Regional Controller - Americas__

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: remote (#Li-Remote) and can be anywhere in the U.S.

Your role and responsibilities:

Partner with business leadership to develop and execute the U.S. Electrification Services strategy, translating goals into business plans, forecasts, and measurable performance targets.

Provide financial leadership and business insights by monitoring performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising management on operational and commercial decision-making.

Ensure accurate, transparent, and compliant financial reporting through strong controllership, internal controls, financial processes, and timely month-end closing activities.

Oversee project financial operations, including job costing, work-in-process inventory, billing and revenue recognition, accounts receivable collections, and accounting process consistency across the business.

Qualifications for the role:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in a financial position

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar

Experience with ERP (SAP)

Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask

Competitive, strong leadership, attention to detail, self-critic, and excellent customer service attitude

Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $163,500 and $261,600 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
