As Country Manager USA, you will take ownership of the development and growth of cfab in your market. You will identify the biggest growth opportunities, turn them into concrete initiatives, and ensure that cfab continues to grow sustainably.
You will not only be responsible for strategy. You will build structures, develop local partnerships and gradually build a strong team for your market. At the same time, you will work closely with our headquarters in Düsseldorf and our international teams.

Own the development and growth of cfab in the U.S.

Develop and execute the local market strategy based on our international growth objectives

Identify market potential, consumer trends, competitors and new growth opportunities

Translate the global cfab strategy into a relevant local go-to-market approach

Drive revenue, growth and relevant business KPIs

Analyze market performance and derive concrete actions

Work closely with Marketing, Influencer Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail, Finance, Operations and other teams

Identify and implement necessary local adaptations across marketing, content, partnerships and commercial activities

Build and manage relevant local partnerships, agencies, creators and other market partners

Build the local team, including recruiting, structures and areas of responsibility

Lead and develop a high-performing team

Establish efficient processes and structures to support further market scaling

Lead own projects from the initial idea through to execution

Regularly report on performance, opportunities and challenges to leadership

Several years of experience in E-Commerce, D2C, Fashion, Retail or a comparable consumer business

Proven experience in building or scaling a market, business unit or comparable organization

Strong understanding of the respective local market, its consumers and relevant growth channels

Experience developing and executing market or go-to-market strategies

Strong commercial understanding with a clear focus on revenue and growth

Confident working with business KPIs and data-driven decision-making

Experience building, leading and developing teams

Experience working with international and cross-functional teams

Entrepreneurial mindset and strong hands-on mentality

High level of initiative and ability to make quick decisions even when priorities change

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent English (At least C1) is mandatory
