Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute clinical trial related payments in accordance with contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
Process payment requests and maintain accurate records in designated systems.
Create and manage purchase orders and supplier records.
Track payment status, resolve issues, and ensure timely payment execution.
Support process improvements and payment optimization initiatives.
Communicate with study sites and internal stakeholders regarding payment activities and inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations.
Act as a point of contact for payment-related questions and provide subject matter expertise.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical/biotech industry, financial operations, or a related environment.
