Aufgaben

Du betreust gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Account Managern 2–4 Kundenaccounts und übernimmst schrittweise mehr Verantwortung

Du steuerst Kampagnen auf Amazon Ads, Zalando und weiteren Marktplätzen

Du nutzt täglich Nakoa Brain: AI-gestützte Analysen, Skills und Automation-Workflows

Du interpretierst AI-Outputs und setzt sie in konkrete Maßnahmen für Budgets, Bids und Content um

Du bereitest Performance-Reviews und Kundengespräche vor und begleitest sie

Du gibst strukturiertes Feedback ins Brain-System zurück und entwickelst dich fachlich kontinuierlich weiter

Qualifikation

1–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Retail Media, Marketplace Management oder Performance Marketing

Erste Kenntnisse auf Amazon Ads oder vergleichbaren Plattformen (Zalando, Otto, AboutYou)

Grundverständnis von KPIs wie TACoS, POAS, ROAS, ACOS und CPA

Affinität zu AI-Tools und Interesse daran, neue Arbeitsweisen aktiv mitzugestalten

Freude an Kundenkommunikation und Lust, dazuzulernen

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gutes Englisch
