Keeping Platform Stability Front and Center for 770M+ Users
On the frontier of adjoe's most critical publisher relationships, the Partner Operations team moves fast, cuts through complexity, and contributes towards building trust and value for our partners and publishers. Operating across the full adjoe stack—backend services, SDKs, catalog, and integrations—we unblock strategic launches, build custom integrations, and resolve critical issues in production.
We act as the safety net for our product teams and the first line of defense for enterprise publishers. Beyond immediate troubleshooting, we build and scale high-impact diagnostic tooling to automate root-cause resolution across client-side and microservice architectures. Combining cross-stack technical depth with rapid execution, Product Operations ensures seamless performance wherever enterprise growth meets global scale.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
5+ years building modern full-stack web and server applications. You have solid, hands-on experience developing end-to-end platform features, with profound practical knowledge of Golang on the backend and TypeScript / React on the frontend.
A strong foundation in robust backend architecture. You contribute fresh ideas to our reliability-first Golang microservices (separated across several globally located data programming centers), constantly improving our existing code, API interfaces, and architecture for maximum efficiency.
UX-optimized frontend design & seamless API communication. You take a leading role in designing and implementing performant web and mobile frontends. You know how to show up new ways to optimize frontend-to-backend communication across protocols like REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, and HTTP.
Clean code principles and engineering best practices. You write scalable, maintainable code guided by SOLID and DRY principles, and apply common design patterns (such as HOC or factory pattern) to keep our web platforms clean and modular.
Mentorship, code quality, and team growth. You actively participate in thorough code reviews to maintain high quality standards, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster their growth and technical skills.
Cross-functional collaboration and adaptability. You collaborate smoothly with diverse roles across international teams. You stay updated on the latest full-stack trends, tools, and technologies, continuously proposing innovative solutions to enhance our application's capabilities.
Bonus points: Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and AWS services (EC2, ALB, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB), or prior exposure to other languages like PHP, Java, or Python.
