About the role

Help Us Change the Way the World Works

Build something that matters.
Langdock exists to change the way the world works, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations. Over 10,000 companies use our platform every day, from fast-growing startups to some of Europe's largest enterprises. Their employees open Langdock to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows, helping them to work smarter, think more creatively, and reach their full potential.

About Langdock
Our mission is to bridge the gap between technology and adoption. We build a secure, model-agnostic AI platform that helps companies put AI to work across their entire organization. From chat and agents to integrations, workflows, and our API, we give teams the tools to augment and automate their work.
We apply the same ambition internally. We want to be the most productive company in the world, and that means continuously improving how we work, not simply adding more people to existing processes.

About the Role
Build the systems that help Langdock grow as a GTM Engineer in Berlin. You combine commercial judgment with technical curiosity: you understand what creates pipeline, what helps a deal move forward, and what is worth automating.
While you’ll be sitting in the Sales & Partnerships team, you’ll also work closely with, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations to find bottlenecks and turn them into working solutions. That might mean identifying companies ready for an AI rollout, helping sales act on product usage signals, or removing hours of manual account research. You’ll own the work from the first hypothesis to a live workflow and its measurable impact.
This is a builder role, not a CRM administration role. You won’t wait for a perfectly scoped ticket. You’ll spend time with the team, understand the problem, ship a first version, and improve it based on what actually happens.
You’ll also use Langdock to grow Langdock: building agents and workflows for our own GTM team and feeding what you learn back into the product.

What you will do
Build systems that create qualified pipeline. Combine account data, buying signals, and AI research to identify relevant companies, prioritize the right people, and make outreach timely and useful.

Connect inbound and product signals to action. Build enrichment, qualification, and routing workflows that help the team recognize promising accounts and follow up with the right context.

Give sellers more time with customers. Automate account preparation, meeting follow-ups, CRM updates, and handovers. Keep human judgment where it matters and remove repetitive work around it.

Support partner-led growth and expansion. Work with Partnerships and Customer Success to identify account overlap, surface expansion opportunities, and make relevant signals actionable.

Build the data foundations your workflows need. Connect our CRM, product data, enrichment sources, and GTM tools through APIs and automation. Make sure the information people act on is accurate and current.

Run experiments and measure results. Start with a clear commercial hypothesis, ship a small version, and evaluate qualified pipeline, conversion, or time saved. Scale what works and stop what doesn’t.

Own what you ship. Test AI outputs, handle failures, respect data privacy, and document your workflows so the team can trust and maintain them. Share product feedback from using Langdock in real GTM processes.

What we are looking for
You have built useful automations. You can show us something you created, explain the problem it solved, and talk about what changed as a result. Your background might be in GTM engineering, growth, RevOps, software engineering, or building your own business.

You think commercially. You understand B2B sales funnels and can distinguish a workflow that looks impressive from one that improves pipeline quality, conversion, or team productivity.

You are technically resourceful. You’re comfortable with APIs, webhooks, structured data, and connecting tools. You can use code when needed and debug what you build, including code written with AI assistance.

You work confidently with AI and automation tools. Experience with tools such as Langdock, Clay, n8n, or practical automation tooling is relevant. We care more about your ability to learn and build than a specific set of tool certifications.

You ask good questions and move quickly. You can turn an ambiguous problem into a testable idea without overengineering the first version.

You build for the people using your work. You listen, explain technical decisions clearly, and care whether your workflows are actually adopted.

What we offer
Meaningful ownership. Shape how we build and run GTM systems, with a direct connection between your work and commercial results.

Build with the product you help grow. Use Langdock’s agents, workflows, integrations, and API on real business problems and bring your learnings back to the team.

An ambitious team in Berlin. Work closely with colleagues who value initiative, fast learning, and reliable execution.

Top-of-market compensation. We reward excellence and take a competitive, transparent approach to compensation.

Free breakfast, lunch and dinner in the office. Freshly prepared meals and time to connect with the team.

Gym access. Access to our shared membership pool at a fitness studio near the office.

Our Values
Calm urgency. We move fast without chaos. We stay calm, fix what matters, and avoid unnecessary noise. We focus on solutions rather than complaints and make sure sleep, health, and sports keep our decision-making sharp.

Ambitious execution. We love building fast and with ownership. We aim to be the most productive company in the world. Learning, shipping, and improving bring us joy. Everyone is expected to ask questions, take initiative, and deliver reliably.

Caring ownership. We care deeply: about each other, customers, and the world around us. We act with empathy, sincerity, and long-term thinking. And we have fun along the way while spending time in the office together.

The Environment
We work from our office in Berlin, Greifswalder Strasse 212. Everyone works together in person because the hardest problems get solved faster at a whiteboard than in a Slack thread. Conversations happen faster, problems get solved quicker, and we actually know each other.
Days start at 8:30. Lunch & dinner are together. We run, go to the gym, and take care of ourselves. Health is not separate from work here, it is part of how we work well.
The vibe is calm but intense. No one is yelling or panicking. But everyone is working hard on things that matter.

Compensation
All roles include equity. We will figure out the right level together based on your experience and scope. Levels are about the work you own, not your title or years of experience. We narrow down the expected salary range early in the process.

When you apply
When you apply, we’d love to see a workflow, automation, or small tool you’ve built. Tell us what problem it solved, how it works, and what you learned.

Next steps
We move fast. Most processes complete within two weeks.
If this sounds like your kind of work, we would like to meet you.
