Aggregate and analyze insights from KTL interactions, congresses, advisory boards, Medical Information, surveys, and research activities to identify evidence gaps, educational needs, stakeholder barriers, and strategic opportunities.

Represent Medical Affairs on cross-functional teams and provide scientific expertise to Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, and other internal stakeholders as appropriate.

Serve as a trained and designated backup for defined Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, and Product Complaint activities, including medical inquiry review or escalation, safety information escalation, and selected product complaint assessments.

Support continuous improvement across Medical Affairs processes while maintaining high standards of scientific quality, compliance, and risk management.
