Aufgaben

Ganzheitliche Betreuung eines definierten Mitarbeitenden-Kreises

Beratung von Führungskräften in personellen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen sowie externen Rechtsberatern

Eigenständiges Recruiting für den zugeordneten Betreuungsbereich (von der Ausschreibung bis zum Onboarding)

Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen

Unterstützung bei Integrationsthemen im Rahmen von Unternehmenszusammenschlüssen (Post-Merger-Integration)

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Business-Partner-Team

Verantwortung für administrative HR-Prozesse (Stammdaten, Zeitwirtschaft)

Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten (u. a. Onboarding, Corporate Benefits)

Qualifikation

Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit HR-Bezug

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR-Generalist, idealerweise in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld

Fundierte Kenntnisse im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Souveränität

Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit / Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse

Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Software und digitalen Tools

Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
