To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our People team and support our Engineering & Product teams. You will provide strategic business partnerships and coaching, develop people-related solutions to meet critical business needs and positively shape the Distribusion people experience.

What you will do:
You will be the first People Partner and work closely with the VP of People to onboard yourself into Distribusion's current People philosophies, practices, and processes.

You will partner with the Engineering and Product functions to sustainably achieve their growth and development goals.

You will partner with the other People functions on all aspects of employment experience.

You will build our management team’s capacity through coaching and influencing.

You will contribute to the strategy of the teams you support and to the direction of the People Business Partner team.

You will foster excellence in the support, motivation, retention, and growth of our talent.

Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid
We are looking for this role based at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
Who you are:

You bring extensive experience in People Business Partner roles in Germany or the European region.

Experience in successfully supporting and developing functions in high-growth phases.

You demonstrate outstanding judgment and make consistently good decisions for the company and our team members.

You know firsthand the challenges of a growth-stage company, anticipate scaling problems, and are adaptable and curious.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of designing and implementing people programs.

Strong leadership qualities with experience managing projects.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and KPIs and a keen interest in leveraging AI and other emerging technologies.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Passionate about the people's development, enablement and success, resonating with the purpose behind the role.

Driven, ambitious, and willing to get hands-on in shaping the future of ground transportation travel.
