We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.
Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified and experienced California Civil & Probate Litigation Paralegal.
Paralegal Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience

Strong experience with California civil and/or probate litigation

Familiarity with California court rules, procedures, and filing requirements

Experience preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents

Experience with court filings, calendaring, and deadline management

Ability to organize and manage case files and discovery materials

Experience coordinating hearings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events

Strong drafting and document preparation skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
