We’re looking to hire a Vertical Sales Director for our North America region, responsible for achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will help shape the success of this new exciting expansion!

Requirements
What you’ll be doing:

Define and implement sales strategies across North America region and verticals.

Manage the sales cycle from the conversion of meetings into opportunities to securing a deal on the long term.

Recruit and retain a successful and driven sales team around you.

Report on weekly and monthly sales forecasts, driving forecast accuracy and pipeline tracking within the team.

Provide ongoing support and training to your team.

Maintain high level of industry knowledge, best practices and developments within our target markets.

Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with internal teams, fostering an environment of striving to achieve company goals.

What you’ll bring:

5+ years' experience working in a sales leadership position, covering full sales cycles.

Excellent and consistent sales track record, within financial software solutions (SaaS). Ideally in order to cash software.

Consistent track record of new business enterprise sales achievement throughout sales career.

Passion for entrepreneurship, customer value driven and the desire to build something new.

Experience in execution of defined and repeatable sales strategies and methodologies.

Ability to sell into CxO with proven track record.

Self-starter with passion for driving growth.

Ability to build a strong new business sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Master’s Degree preferred.
