About the role

Responsibilities:
Conduct technical interviews for JavaScript developer roles to evaluate candidates’ proficiency in JavaScript, including both front-end frameworks (like React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (such as Node.js).
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and refine interview questions that are both challenging and reflective of current industry standards and job requirements.
Provide detailed feedback and assessments to the hiring managers to help make informed decisions in the recruitment process.
Keep up-to-date with the latest JavaScript technologies and frameworks to ensure assessments are relevant and comprehensive.
Requirements
Extensive experience in JavaScript development, with a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proven experience in roles involving technical interviewing, mentoring, or training is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex technical issues and solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide objective and constructive feedback.
Additional language skills are a plus.
