About the role
Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market.
Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.
Team
The B2C Channels EU team drives customer growth across our European markets by creating engaging customer experiences, optimising our sales funnels, and building long-term loyalty to our brand.
Your Responsibilities
Support in (development of) new product categories and features.
Support in the conception and execution of (performance) marketing activities tailored to the needs of current and future customers.
Support in ongoing customer service operations and client onboarding for a smooth and fast client onboarding, and constantly optimizing the client journey.
Support in assessing and improving the user experience for customers and increasing conversion.
Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to improve operations and internal processes.
Track and analyze the execution of our growth strategy, general market developments, and competition in the Dutch market.
Help draw conclusions and implement improvements.
Gathering and synthesising key insights such as competitive analysis, as well as preparing reporting.
Support the daily operations of the Dutch Raisin business.
Help maintain and improve the website.
Your Profile
You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
You ideally have some first work experience (e.g. internship, student job), preferably in services, financial services, or tech.
You are proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented.
You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and like to think outside the box.
You are eager to learn, curious, and not afraid of new challenges.
You are comfortable working with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical applications.
