Your Position
EMnify’s development team is growing, and we need your help to shape this growth! With your excellent knowledge of people and interactions as well as processes and tools, we’re betting on you to increase our agility to even higher levels.
We don’t just say “flat hierarchies,” we mean it. You’ll work together with a great team of Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches as well as the VPs of Product and Engineering*, and the CTO* (*former Scrum Masters) to help your team achieve its goals and shorten our reaction time to changes in the market.
Key Activities
Guide and coach the team and organization to in Agile practices
Coach the team and individuals to become self-managed and -organized
Help improve and scale organizational approaches
Improve transparency within the team and the overall organization
Remove impediments
Keep a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be managed in healthy ways
Support and coach the Product Management team on Agile practices
Support the continuous delivery process of our teams
Your Profile
Experience as a Scrum Master for at least 5 years in different software development teams
Good skills and knowledge of continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency and servant leadership
Hero moderator who can facilitate and keep participants focused and engaged in meetings
Knowledge of Agile approaches – Kanban, Scrum, Lean, XP, etc.
Experience scaling agile processes ( LeSS, Nexus, Safe, etc.)
Knowledge and experience in Agile development techniques – Automated Testing, User Stories (+mapping), TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, Pairing/Swarming, Agile Games, Story splitting…
Ability to learn and understand new technical domains quickly
Excellent English in written and spoken form
Bonus Points
You have organized Agile events, or spoken at Agile conferences
