As part of our business development initiatives, we are strengthening our strategic partnerships and paving the way for strategic and successful growth in our healthcare business unit.
To support this growth, we are looking for a motivated Working Student Healthcare Business Development and Operations (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.
Your Role
Healthcare CRM set up and maintenance: Keep CRM data up to date to track healthcare business opportunities
Knowledge space ownership: Structure and maintain our internal knowledge space using AI to leverage team collaboration
Healthcare leadership team admin: Organize conference bookings and vendor communication, handle SAP invoicing processes, and coordinate meetings for our Vice President and in Business Development projects
Your skills
Enrollment: You must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Hamburg for at least one more year
Interest and skills in using AI tools to structure knowledge, automate routine admin tasks, and increase efficiency
Strong organizational skills for managing bookings, invoices, and data with accuracy
Confident with or eager to learn SAP; comfortable navigating multiple systems in parallel
Language: Excellent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
