About the role

As a Scrum Master (Agile Lead),you will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by a delivery team, continuously improving processes, and fostering a high-performing, self-organizing team dynamic within a rapidly evolving product environment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Performance:

Ensure clear and proactive visibility of actual delivery progress, risks, and dependencies (in collaboration with the PO).

Contribute to implementing mechanisms that support delivery velocity and the achievement of objectives (value creation).

Track and analyze delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time) in collaboration with the development team (PO, Team Lead, and developers).

In collaboration with the development team, identify delivery risks, drive mitigation plans, and remove obstacles to improve delivery predictability.

Practice & Continuous Improvement:

Facilitate Scrum events strategically to support decision-making and team accountability.

Coach teams in their evolution toward greater autonomy and Agile maturity.

Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leaders to evolve delivery practices across the broader IT department.

Project Management & Coordination:

In collaboration with Product Owners, ensure alignment between technical objectives and operational constraints.

Actively contribute to managing dependencies across the Data, AI, DevOps, Backend, and Product teams.

Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Contribute to the planning and sequencing of initiatives to maximize delivered value.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Recognized Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).

Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Additional training in Advanced Agile, Lean, Kanban, or Flow Management.

Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a technology environment.

Understanding of technical dependency and architecture challenges.

Ability to navigate between Agile practices and organizational constraints.

Demonstrated ability to influence delivery performance and improve predictability.

Strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a keen sense of priorities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bilingualism (French and English). Frequent interactions with contacts outside Quebec.

Assets

Experience in fast-growing product organizations.

Experience in delivery flow optimization or Agile transformation.
