About the role
As a Sr. Manager of Infusion Nursing, you will lead a high-performing regional nursing team delivering compassionate, expert care to patients. You will shape nursing operations, build clinical excellence, and drive strategic outcomes that support organizational growth and patient well-being.
Responsibilities:
Lead regional nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care and strong clinical outcomes.
Develop nursing staff through coaching, assessments, and performance-focused leadership.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic pharmacy, clinical, and sales initiatives.
Optimize staffing models, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
Partner with contracted nursing agencies to support patient care delivery and education.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
5+ years of clinical experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
3+ years of Home Infusion experience, as a new and/or leader.
• Strong IV insertion skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and Apple technology.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree.
• CRNI or other specialty certification.
Knowledge of pharma audit and contract review processes.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 109,100 - 181,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
