Für unser Team suchen wir ab sofort einen IT-Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) auf Minijob-Basis mit Schwerpunkt auf Remote-Wartung.

Aufgaben

Remote-Wartung unserer Fotoautomaten und der darin verbauten PCs

Durchführung von Software- und Systemupdates

Installation und Aktualisierung von Software und Patches

Überprüfung der Systeme nach durchgeführten Updates

Unterstützung bei der Behebung technischer Probleme

Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten

Abstimmung mit unserem Technik-Team bei technischen Fragen und Problemen

Qualifikation

Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), idealerweise in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an IT

Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Systemen

Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Remote-Support-Tools, insbesondere TeamViewer

Kenntnisse im Umgang mit älteren Windows-Systemen sind von Vorteil

Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert

Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich
