About the Role

Playson is a leading online gaming supplier with worldwide recognition which was founded in 2012. We offer complete gaming solutions based on the latest technologies and detailed market analysis for the leading iGaming operators.

We’re looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to help shape the way we promote our games and present our brand to partners. This role sits within the Marketing Squad and has direct impact on how Playson is seen across channels.

To further strengthen our creative function, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer - a mature and structured professional who will drive the development of our marketing visuals and support the growth of the Graphic Artist stream.

Key Responsibilities

Creating sets of promo materials for partners when launching new iGaming products and/or Network Promotions (game icons packs, resizes, promo banners, etc.)

Developing custom promo materials for key partners

Creating key visuals for communication campaigns, as well as artwork for various communication channels (web, social media, print ads, email campaigns, etc.)

Creating designs for branded merchandise

Creating designs for point of sale materials

Creating mockups and designs for exhibitions and company’s own events (branded decor, photo zones, etc.)

Designing landing pages for brand’s promo activities

Creating sales decks for company products

Producing small video clips or animated graphics for social media, as well as standard motion elements for video contractors

Further development of company brand book

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience as a Marketing, UI/UX Designer

Experience working with brand identity (logos, branding, templates), banner ads, animated banners, landing pages, and storyboards for video production

Knowledge and understanding of design trends, meaningful and smart design concepts, critical thinking ("why am I doing this?"), research skills, as well as expertise in composition, grids, typography, color theory, and their impact on design, including working with AI

Excellent proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, Blender, XD

Knowledge of usability principles and techniques

Experience working with contractors and production companies in BTL by delivering design materials for print & production

Understanding of principles of brand display and consistency in BTL design.

Experience working with AI tools for creating marketing materials (videos, animations, image generation, landing page generation).

Experience working with WebFlow to develop landing pages and other web-oriented content

Nice to have

Experience in the gaming industry, though we are also open to professionals from other fields who can bring a fresh perspective to our industry

Experience working with AI tools for prototyping and modelling

Motion design experience
