About the role

Zur Erweiterung unseres Unternehmens suchen wir einen erfahrenen Leiter Industrie-Pumpenservice (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der unseren Bereich Service & Wartung für Industriepumpen eigenverantwortlich aufbaut und weiterentwickelt.

Aufgaben

Aufbau und Leitung des Bereichs Service & Wartung für Industriepumpen

Akquise von Neukunden für den Bereich Service & Wartung

Planung und Steuerung von Wartungen, Reparaturen und Serviceeinsätzen

Entwicklung von Servicekonzepten und Wartungsverträgen

Aufbau und Führung eines Service-Teams

Optimierung von Abläufen und Serviceprozessen

Qualifikation

Technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Pumpentechnik oder vergleichbar

Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Industriepumpen, Service, Wartung oder Instandhaltung

Erfahrung in der Organisation oder Leitung von Serviceeinsätzen

Sicheres technisches Verständnis im Umgang mit Industriepumpen

Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Führungsstärke und hohe Kundenorientierung
