About the Role
Airship's Strategic Services team is home to expert digital marketers and trusted advisors to some of the largest brands around the globe. As a Campaign Specialist, you'll provide hands-on guidance, execution and analysis of customer engagement campaigns across Airship's channel portfolio, including email, SMS, push notifications, mobile wallet and web.
You're someone who is passionate about mobile technology and meeting consumer needs. You enjoy working with data, digging into campaign concepts and best practices, and sharing what you've learned with customers. You're curious, ask great questions, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do*

Execute campaign messages and customer journeys from start to finish, ensuring quality and on-time delivery

Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including briefing, segmentation, A/B testing and customer approval

Build and use campaign and channel performance reports within Airship's platform to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to customers

Apply subject matter expertise and best practices for digital marketing campaigns and Airship platform functionality

Partner with Strategic Consultants and Customer Experience teams to increase customer platform adoption and improve time to value

Provide training and re-training to customers as needed

Document user feedback and share it with Product and other internal teams

Stay current on Airship feature, channel and functionality releases to inform campaign strategy and customer recommendations

What We're Looking For

Experience executing digital marketing campaigns for a global brand and/or with a SaaS marketing company

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical customers and internal stakeholders

Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work both within a team and independently

Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple customers and projects at the same time

An AI-forward mindset, with the ability to leverage modern AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and confidently articulate data-driven platform features to customers

We'd Be Delighted If You Also Have

Ability to read and write HTML to customise messages beyond standard platform functionality

Familiarity with CSS and JavaScript

Comfort with mobile platforms including iOS, Android, SMS, Mobile Wallet, Email and Web

Experience with one or more marketing technology solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Responsys, Adobe)

Experience with one or more business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau or similar).

Work Location & Travel Requirements
Airship’s ‘Digital First’ approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time.
